Kristin Cummins
Kristin, the founder of The Ramsbury Group, has been representing clients and redeveloping properties in the Washington DC area for over a decade. She has represented residential and commercial clients in transactions ranging from $200,000 to $4 million in value as well as commercial leases up to 15,000sf.
Kristin currently manages numerous residential and commercial properties owned by Ramsbury Development. Prior to her real estate career, Kristin worked in government and also international development, which gives her a complementary perspective to many Washingtonians. She holds a M.S. in Real Estate and an M.A. in International Relations (SAIS) from Johns Hopkins University and is also a DSA-Certified Interior Designer. Kristin received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from The University of Michigan. She lives in the Washington DC metro area with her husband and children.

Amy Cummins
A realtor in Maryland, Amy has an eye for design, passion for project development management and enjoys collaborating with her clients as they pursue their real estate dreams. She resides with her family in Baltimore and enjoys catching up with her extended family in the DC/VA metro area, as often as she can.

Kelley Shields
Kelley joined the Ramsbury Group after a 12-year legal career in Washington DC during which she represented several Fortune Global 500 companies and worked on matters including multi-million dollar acquisitions. She is delighted to be leveraging her legal expertise for her real estate clients. Her goal is for buying or selling a home to be an easy, exciting and enjoyable experience for her clients, and she will be with them every step of the way to make that happen. Kelley moved to the Washington DC area to attend Georgetown University Law Center and has remained here for 15 years.
